I’ve been selling Kias for five years. Since the K5 launched in 2021, my dealership typically sells about 10-20 K5 LXS, GT-Line, and EX trims each month, but we might only get 5-10 actual K5 2.5 GTs per year, depending on what Kia sends us. In 2023, I think we only received two the entire year.

Since you have the GT, all the others you’ve been seeing are the 1.6 with 180 hp, while yours is the 2.5 with 290 hp.

You have the real exhaust pipes. The ones you’ve seen are just for show and unfortunately aren’t functional.
